OESC’s Critical role is to REPRESENT it’s membership. This means:

  • Contract Negotiations: Advice and consultation on contract negotiations
  • Meet and Confer Matters
  • Contract Enforcement
  • Grievances and  Unfair Labor Practice Charges
  • Review and Drafting all Relevant Documents
  • Representation in fact finding and (where available) binding arbitration proceedings
